Send one anonymised CSV or XLSX without customer, competitor, supplier-person or personal names.
Standardise
FreshIntel maps local names and packs to a shared product taxonomy while preserving the source wording.
Quality gate
Provenance, completeness, freshness, standardisation, representativeness and anomaly checks determine use.
Reciprocal value
Verified recurring contributors can earn enhanced access. Access depends on quality and rights and is never automatic or permanent.

What FreshIntel will not use
- Personal data, customer names or identifiable competitor strategy
- Rumours, undated screenshots or prices without a commercial basis
- Data without permission from the lawful owner
- A translation that cannot be checked against its original
- A source that mixes realised, quoted and forecast values without labels

Language makes participation easier. It does not lower the evidence threshold.

External benchmarks are published only when they are delayed, aggregated and non-identifiable: normally at least 5 independent contributors, no contributor above 25% of volume and at least a 7-day delay.

This note covers the public demo and first Data Partner contact. Separate pilot or account terms may add rules.
Calculation endpoint
Citrus inputs are transmitted to FreshIntel for an immediate calculation. The public demo does not create pilot evidence. Treat inputs as transmitted; do not enter personal or confidential data.
Technical records
Hosting and security providers may generate technical request logs. FreshIntel does not publish a fixed retention period for those logs on this page.
Email contact
A Data Partner request opens your email service. The message and metadata may remain in the sender’s and FreshIntel’s mail systems. Send no attachment until scope and rights are confirmed.
Ask FreshIntel about access, correction or deletion at thimo@freshintel.nl. Legal, fraud-prevention or security duties may limit deletion.
